Send an outline rather than a dossier. What helps a first assessment, what should never go in a form, and what we will not do.
What to send first
An outline, not a dossier. Your nationality, the countries you have lived in over the past ten years, who else would be applying, and what you want the second passport to do. Those four answers establish whether the programme fits and whether the file looks capable of clearing due diligence.
What not to attach
Passport scans, bank statements, tax filings and anything concerning a criminal matter should not go into a form submission or an ordinary email. That material becomes necessary later and belongs on a secure channel once an engagement exists.
What comes back
An assessment: whether the programme suits what you described, the government figures for your family composition, which documents will govern your timetable, and where the application is likely to attract questions. If the honest answer is that this programme is the wrong one for you, that is what the reply will say.
What we will not do
Guarantee approval, because the decision belongs to the Commission. Quote a delivery date, because none is published. Propose a route around due diligence, because there is not one.
Response times
Enquiries are read on working days and most are answered within one. A message sent at a weekend or on a public holiday waits for the next working day. If several days pass in silence, the message probably did not arrive — send it again by another route.
