What this site is

A privately published guide to Vanuatu citizenship by investment, with a contact route for people who want the application handled. It is not a government site and has no connection with the Government of Vanuatu, its Citizenship Office and Commission, or its Financial Intelligence Unit. Where an official document differs from a page here, the document governs.

Information, not advice

Reading these pages creates no lawyer–client relationship and no retainer. Nothing here is legal, tax or immigration advice for your circumstances, because those circumstances contain facts this page cannot know — your nationality, your residence history, and what your own country requires of a citizen who acquires a second nationality.

Scope

This site covers citizenship. It does not advise on residence visas, on living or working in Vanuatu, or on forming companies there, and nothing here should be read as guidance on those subjects.

Figures

Contribution amounts and fees are set by regulation and can be altered by regulation. The schedule reproduced on this site is the one published by the Citizenship Office at the time of writing. Entry rules belong to each destination and change without notice. Check anything you intend to act on against its source.

What cannot be promised

Citizenship is granted by the Vanuatu Citizenship Commission at its discretion. No website, agent or adviser can guarantee approval or name a decision date, because no processing standard is published. The due diligence fee pays for the examination, whatever it concludes.

Filing route

Applications reach the Commission through a designated agent; direct filing by an applicant is not possible. Descriptions of the process here explain that route and are not an invitation to avoid it, to bypass due diligence, or to withhold material information.
